What is the meaning of “orders by sea”?
“Orders by sea” refers to a common shipping method in international trade. When you need to import cargo that is very heavy or has a large volume, shipping by express or air can be very expensive. In such cases, sea freight is a cost-effective alternative.
What is the minimum order value for shipping by sea?
Technically, there is no minimum order value for sea freight. However, if the order value is too low, the shipping and handling fees may be disproportionate to the value of the goods. We recommend shipping by sea for orders valued at $3,000 or more.
How can I find out the sea freight cost to my country?
Please visit our instant logistics quotation system. Select your country and destination port, then enter the cargo volume. You can find the volume information on the “Packing” page of the product listing.
What kind of orders are recommended to be shipped by sea?
We recommend shipping by sea if the total volume exceeds 0.5 cubic meters or the total weight is more than 100 kg.
Can I still ship my order by express if it weighs more than 100 kg or exceeds 0.5 m³?
Yes, you can. Express shipping is available for heavier or bulkier shipments, but the cost will be significantly higher than sea freight.

Do printheads have a warranty or return policy?
Due to the high precision and special nature of printheads, there are many important points to pay attention to. According to industry practice, printheads are only guaranteed to be brand-new and original, but they do not come with a warranty period. Once installed, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and no repair service is provided.
⚠️ For users without installation experience or who are not familiar with the machines, please do not attempt to replace or install the printhead blindly. It is strongly recommended to have it installed by a professional technician to avoid unnecessary problems or losses.
